UI​/UX Designer; On-Site

Waventa Digital is seeking a talented and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. If you have a strong sense of design, user empathy, and a passion for crafting intuitive digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll work closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into functional and visually engaging interfaces.

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business goals
• Ensure responsive design practices and accessibility standards
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries

• 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer in an agency or product team
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate design rationale
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
• Prior experience working with developers to implement designs
