Technical Solutions Consultant II Remote
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both our external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in our advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. We are looking for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities- Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients + internal partners
- Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement/delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers)
- Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions
- Investigate technical escalations using logs/data/API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes/workarounds
- 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions APl).
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
- Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
Pay range is $61- $66 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
