Client Success Manager, Marketing Measurement

We help leading international companies make better business and marketing decisions through advanced analytics, machine learning, and modern data engineering. Our work includes Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), first-party data solutions, event tracking, experimentation, and business intelligence.

As we continue expanding our US business, we're looking for a Account Manager, Marketing Measurement to join our New York team.

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of US clients and work closely with our Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with clients
• Leading regular client meetings and presenting project updates and analytical results
• Understanding clients' business and marketing challenges and translating them into clear requirements for our technical teams
• Coordinating internal project teams, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Managing projects across MMM, MTA, first-party tracking, and other marketing analytics topics
• Helping clients understand and use measurement results in their marketing decision-making
• Identifying additional opportunities where Haensel AMS can support existing clients
• Ensuring projects stay on track and communication between clients and internal teams runs smoothly

We're looking for someone who combines strong client communication with a good understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, client services, project management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing analytics
• Experience working with marketing, analytics, or data teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable discussing analytical and technical topics with both business and technical stakeholders
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Experience with marketing measurement
  , including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Incrementality, CLTV, or experimentation
• Experience working in a data analytics consultancy, agency, or marketing technology company
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Basic understanding of SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, or Databricks

• Work with leading international clients on advanced marketing measurement projects
