Web Marketing Manager

Soni is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Web Strategy & Digital Experience Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of a large-scale digital ecosystem. This person will serve as the business owner for the CMS and web technology stack while partnering with Marketing, IT, Technology, UX/UI, development teams, and external agencies.

• Own the strategy and ongoing optimization of the firm’s website and digital properties.
• Serve as the business owner for the CMS and help drive platform modernization and the digital roadmap.
• Direct UX/UI designers and development resources, including offshore teams.
• Optimize digital client journeys across web, search, email, social, and conversion points.
• Use analytics, heat mapping, user-flow, and conversion data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Oversee website performance, accessibility, usability, page speed, and overall platform health.
• Drive best practices across SEO, AEO, GEO, taxonomy, and web governance.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, IT, Technology, and external agencies on digital initiatives.

• Strong experience in web strategy, digital experience, or enterprise website management.
• Hands-on experience with CMS and DAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO/AEO/GEO, accessibility, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience owning a web platform or digital roadmap from the business side.
• Experience directing designers, developers, agencies, and/or offshore resources.
• Strong cross-functional project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in a complex enterprise or professional services environment is a plus.

Compensation: $50 - $70/ Hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
