Are you a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in DMS (Document Management System) platforms like Net Documents and iManage? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation, collaboration, and impact are the norm? We’re seeking a Director of Consulting, DMS to lead high-stakes DMS projects, drive business development, and mentor a team of exceptional consultants. What You ll Do:- Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with AmLaw 200 firms
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementations
- Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using Net Documents, iManage, and related tools
- Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring top-tier client outcomes
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
- Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements
- Stay on top of legal tech trends, vendor developments, and certifications
- Partner cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategies and service offerings
- 3+ years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms
- 7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects
- Deep expertise in Net Documents, iManage, and related integrations
- Strong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworks
- Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
