Our client, a growing medical products company, is seeking a sharp, motivated CRM Analyst with Power BI with experience in Microsoft Dynamics, data warehousing, and financial data analysis. This is a newly created role with excellent long-term growth potential—ideal for someone with approximately 5 years of experience looking to step into a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support reporting solutions using BI tools and MS Dynamics data
• Develop dashboards and data models to support finance and operational teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain data pipelines and warehouses as needed
• Interpret financial data and provide analytics support for decision-making

Qualifications:

• Around 5 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Data Warehousing
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, or D365)
• Familiarity with financial reporting or accounting data structures
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
• Self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skill
