• Provide a top level customer experience by continually improving technical knowledge and applying it to phone and email support.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive work environment and continually improve customer satisfaction.

• Phone & Email Support
• Troubleshooting product issues for end users, OEM customers and resellers.
• Supporting distribution partner technicians in the field.
• Assisting Minebea Intec sales staff with technical questions and product specifications.
• Providing documentation such as manuals, datasheets, drawings, etc.
• In House Repairs and testing of equipment
• Assisting with service center repairs.
• Cross-Functional Support – assisting technical support team, sales, customer service, quality management, finance and product management with support and projects as needed.
• Participating in warehousing duties such as shipping and receiving.

• International Travel, Trade show setup, customer site visits, inventory support.

• Required Skills and Experience
  • High School Graduate.
  • Logical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Basic electronic skills.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and connectivity to peripheral devices.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Self-motivated but able to collaborate within a team.
• Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Computers (programming or networking) or related technical field.
  • Experience in the weighing industry, electronics or similar products.
  • 6-12 months client facing experience.
  • Experience with PLC’s and industrial communication.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Desired Skill
  • Familiarity with industrial software programming.
