Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom or networking environments.

Strong knowledge of IP networking, routers, firewalls, and switches.

Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Ability to troubleshoot outages and performance issues under pressure.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
