Baer is seeking a Scrum Master for a 6-month project in Batavia, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will facilitate core Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to deliver value in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will partner with Product Owners, IT and operations to align delivery with plant priorities, track velocity and sprint progress, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
