Full-Time Medina, NY (Remote/Hybrid Available)
About This RoleJoin CHPC as a Helpdesk Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for our clients' technology needs. You'll resolve issues remotely and elevate complex problems to our field technicians.
Responsibilities- Answer helpdesk calls, emails, and tickets promptly
- Diagnose and resolve software and network issues remotely
- Set up and configure user accounts and devices
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
- 1+ year helpdesk or IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Familiarity with remote support tools (Team Viewer, etc.)
- Experience with Windows environments and Office 365
- Customer-service oriented mindset
