Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands - automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator.
Our AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims - work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue.
We're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale.
ABOUT THE ROLEGlimpse is scaling fast and the IT function is new. The core of this role is ownership and execution. The Head of Information Security and IT sets the architecture and strategy and is building these systems out now. Your job is to operate and maintain them as they mature, with a hand in the build-out alongside the Head of Information Security and IT.
You'll partner on change management and on the projects that move IT forward, and you'll work alongside the Security team where the work overlaps. This is less about closing tickets and more about making sure the machinery IT runs on is accurate, governed, and improving.
This is a good fit if you like owning things outright, you care about getting the details right when the details are what an auditor checks, and you'd rather build a durable process than fight the same problem twice.
WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn MDM
. Run our Mac fleet in Iru, including configuration profiles, zero-touch enrollment, custom scripts, and remediation. Manage the smaller Windows footprint we continue to support. MDM is yours to operate and improve, not just maintain.
Own the CMDB, asset data, and the Inventory
. Maintain Glimpse's source of truth for assets and systems: laptops, network hardware, office ISP details, and a working map of the systems we run. That includes owning the laptop inventory and peripherals stored in the IT room. You’ll own keeping the data accurate and reconciled against our IdP and HR systems, catching and resolving drift before it becomes an audit finding.
Own vendor management and renewals
. Track contracts, manage renewals before they lapse, handle license true-ups, and keep our SaaS and hardware agreements current and accounted for.
Help maintain the compliance benchmarks
. Work with the Security team and the rest of IT to keep the IT side of our SOC 2 benchmarks in good shape: onboarding / offboarding rigor, access review cycles, and the evidence trail that makes those reviews defensible.
Administer and govern the SaaS stack
. Handle day-to-day administration and governance across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and our core tools: provisioning, settings, group and access hygiene, and keeping things clean enough to pass a review.
Keep documentation current
. You'll own or maintain a lot of systems and process, and the team keeps its documentation up to date as it goes. Runbooks, configuration records, and process docs are a real part of the job, not an afterthought.
Partner on change and projects
. Work with the Head of Information Security and IT on a lightweight change management and approval process for IT changes, and contribute to the IT projects and deployments that shape how the function grows. You'll take escalations from the Support team on the systems and tooling you own.
5+ years in IT, including meaningful time in a senior operations, systems, or infrastructure role, with a track record of running IT systems at scale and the range to grow into broader ownership over time
