Our client is seeking a Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong solution leadership, a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes, and the ability to drive full-cycle implementations with confidence and clarity.

Location:

Hybrid - NYC, NY   (strongly preferred based in NY; open to the right candidate on the East Coast).What's the Job?

Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design, governance, and deployment activities across large-scale HCM projects. Own core payroll configuration and leading practices, including Payroll Definitions, Payroll Statutory Units (PSUs), Tax Reporting Units (TRUs), Payroll Relationships, and Earnings and Deduction elements. Drive payroll rule analysis and troubleshooting using Fast Formula, ensuring accurate payroll outcomes and reliable processing. Design and manage payroll flow patterns and reconciliation processes, including audit and reconciliation reporting, inbound/outbound payroll integrations, and payroll data governance.

Support complex payroll operations such as multi-state payroll, union payroll requirements, garnishments, costing, midyear balance conversions, W-2 processing, and year-end processing.

What's Needed?

Minimum of five years of Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and consulting experience. Experience completing at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as the Payroll Lead. Required certification:
Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional certification. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, audit/reconciliation reporting, payroll integrations, and payroll data governance. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional work streams.
