Duration: 3-Month Contract to start with Possible Extension or FTE conversion
Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Power BI Analyst to partner closely with business stakeholders, assess reporting needs, and deliver impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with users, translating requirements into reporting solutions, and driving business insights through data.
What You'll Do- Meet with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop data models, queries, and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Work with technical teams to obtain and validate required data
- Deliver reporting solutions that improve visibility into key business metrics
- Train and support end users on reports and dashboard functionality
- 5+ years of Power BI development and reporting experience
- Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards end-to-end
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Power Query, data modeling, and report optimization
- Ability to independently manage reporting projects from concept through delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics platforms
- Experience supporting Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or other business functions
- Exposure to medallion architecture and enterprise reporting environments
You are a business-focused BI professional who can sit with stakeholders, understand their reporting challenges, and quickly turn requirements into actionable Power BI solutions. You enjoy solving business problems, creating meaningful dashboards, and helping organizations make better data-driven decisions.
Power BI expertise, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement experience are significantly more important than deep ETL or data engineering experience.
