Job Description:
- Quality Tech is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our software testing efforts and ensure the quality of our products. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of testers, developing test strategies, and coordinating testing activities.
Key responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring a team of QA testers.
- Developing test plans, strategies, and schedules.
- Reviewing requirements and design specifications to ensure testability.
- Establishing and enforcing QA standards and best practices.
- Managing defect tracking and resolution processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
