- Must be based in the Continental United States
- 8+ years of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, Dev Ops, or Kubernetes Engineering experience
- Deep hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating Kubernetes platforms in production
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, security, and cluster lifecycle management
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale, highly available production environments
- Strong AWS and/or hybrid cloud infrastructure experience
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Experience with CI/CD, Git Ops, and platform automation
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Go, Python, Bash, or Java
- Advanced Linux systems administration experience
- Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management
- Proven track record improving platform reliability, scalability, and developer experience
- Experience building internal platform tooling and self-service capabilities for engineering teams
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive platform strategy
- Hands-on engineer who remains actively involved in architecture, development, and operations rather than just people management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Financial services or fintech experience preferred
- Must be based in the Continental United States
