** Salary:** $70,000 – $85,000 + Benefits We’re supporting a global consultancy in hiring an IT Support Specialist to work onsite with a retail and eCommerce client in Manhattan.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role embedded within a fast-paced, commercial environment, where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations. You’ll be supporting a mix of users and systems, with exposure across cloud, infrastructure and end-user technology.
It’s well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, taking ownership, and working across both support and project-based work.
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide day-to-day IT support across users and systems
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
* Support Windows and macOS environments
* Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
* Manage Microsoft Entra (user access, permissions, security)
* Support networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
* Work with internal teams and vendors on escalations and improvements
** Requirements:
*** 3+ years’ experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles
* Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra
* Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
* Experience in retail, eCommerce or fast-paced environments is a plus
* Comfortable in a hands-on, onsite role
