Scope of ProjectWork with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes, particularly as they relate to defining requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS). Define future-state requirements and processes to support the design and development of new applications aligned with the agency’s technology roadmap. These applications may exchange data with or support LMS processes.
Responsibilities- Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for current-state and future-state business processes and use cases.
- Interview stakeholders and document requirements for existing and new applications.
- Work across agency bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.
- Define future-state requirements and processes for applications aligned with the agency’s technology roadmap.
- Document business processes and requirements related to the LMS and applications that exchange data with or support LMS processes.
