Network Engineer​/FinTech

This is a rare shot to step into a relatively young but genuinely elite, multi-strategy investment platform and take real ownership of network engineering from day one. You'd be joining a tight-knit Systems Infrastructure team where the surface area is huge - counter party integrations, new office buildouts, cloud networking expansion and the trajectory only grows from there. For someone with a strong core networking background looking to move into a firm where low-latency, high-performance network infra directly underpins the business, this is a serious step up: more ownership, more exposure, and a seat at a platform where engineering excellence is the whole point, not a cost centre.

• Lead network projects end-to-end: counter party integrations, office buildouts, ongoing infra initiatives
• Design, implement, and support the network environment across all layers
• Own routing, switching, and firewall systems
• Build out and expand cloud networking (primarily AWS)
• Develop scripting/automation to drive operational efficiency
• Set and evolve network security best practices
• Work cross-functionally with the wider infra team

• Bachelor's in CS, EE, or related field
• 5-10 years in network / network security roles
• Strong traditional networking chops: routing, switching, firewalls
• Scripting/programming proficiency (Python, Bash, Power Shell, or similar)
• Solid grasp of security best practices
• Sharp communication and project management instincts
• Fast learner, comfortable picking up new platforms/tech
• AWS or public cloud familiarity a plus
• Financial services background helpful but not required
