- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in Service Now ecosystem as an Architect.
- 3+ years of Service Now IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now Platform.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Service Now IRM implementations.
- Define scalable architecture aligned with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security strategies.
- Design integrations between Service Now IRM and enterprise applications, security tools, CMDB, IAM platforms, and third-party risk solutions.
- Establish platform standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into Service Now IRM solutions.
- Guide development teams on configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
- Open to be hand-on with Service Now IRM configuration and coding.
- Review solution designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and platform standards.
- Preferred:
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Risk and Compliance - Good to have:
Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Design integrations between Service Now IRM and enterprise applications, security tools, CMDB, IAM platforms, and third-party risk solutions.

- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into Service Now IRM solutions.

- Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the Service Now platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
