** With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.## About the Role You'll join Vibe's GTM Operations team — the group that owns the systems Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs run on every day — reporting to the Director of GTM Operations. Salesforce is our source of truth for our Prospect and Customer data, account assignment, and pipeline management, and until now it's been maintained by an excellent team of distributed contractors.

We're bringing it in house so the person who owns this infrastructure is embedded closely enough to understand what's riding on it. You'll own infrastructure the entire company depends on — a nine-person team touches it daily, but the data it produces powers every function downstream — work with the newest generation of AI tooling for CRM administration, and sit close enough to the business that your input shapes strategy rather than just executing it.##

What You'll Do
** Own the Salesforce instance
** 1. Administer Salesforce as the source of truth for account assignment and pipeline
2. Build and maintain the flows that power our funnel (assignment, routing, etc.)3. Resolve data integrity issues before they reach a rep's workflow
** Connect the GTM stack
** 1. Ensure that our integrations with Outreach/ Kaia, Default, and any other connected tool are functioning reliably
2. Build monitoring for data divergence between Salesforce and other internal systems
3. Surface sync failures, data hygiene issues, and operational issues proactively
** Partner with the business
** 1. Translate requests from Sales, SDR, CSM, and AM teams into scalable system changes
2. Partner within the GTM Ops team on how data flows out from Salesforce into other internal tools
3. Apply AI to accelerate Salesforce build, testing, and documentation## What You Need
1. Salesforce Administrator credentials, or equivalent hands-on depth in a production org
2. Experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows in a live revenue environment
3. Working competency with the Salesforce API
4. Experience connecting GTM tools — Outreach, Default, Calendly, Gong, or similar — into a CRM
5. Hands-on use of Claude or a comparable AI tool in your Salesforce work, with specific examples of what changed
6. Experience embedded on an in-house team, not exclusively client-side implementation work## Nice to Haves
