This role is responsible for end-to-end Cyber Ark operations, engineering support, and continuous improvement, ensuring privileged access is secure, compliant, and highly available:
Cyber Ark Operations & Support- Provide L2/L3 support for Cyber Ark incidents, troubleshooting issues across: – Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, CCP components
- Resolve tickets related to: – Password rotation issues – Account onboarding and modifications – Access and session failures
- Maintain daily operations across Tier 1–4 support model
- Perform system health checks to ensure platform stability and availability
- Administer and configure Cyber Ark platforms: – Client suite (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA) – Alero (secure vendor access) – Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
- Install and upgrade Cyber Ark components including multi-node setups
- Perform onboarding of: – Windows, UNIX, database, and application/service accounts
- Manage safes, policies, and access permissions
- Automate workflows using Power Shell/Python scripting
- Integrate Cyber Ark with: – Active Directory / LDAP – SIEM systems – Ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now) – Applications using AIM, CCP, CP APIs
- Execute bulk operations (e.g., password uploads, onboarding automation)
- Define and enforce: – Access control policies
- – User entitlements – Privileged access workflows
- Audit privileged accounts and generate security reports
- Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and security gaps
- Review existing Cyber Ark implementation and propose enhancements
- Support project planning, execution, and deployment timelines
- Lead initiatives for secrets management operational standards
- Work with development teams on application onboarding and integrations
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
- Crosstrain team members on Cyber Ark tools and best practices
- Provide technical expertise as an SME for PAM operations
