Lead Solutions Engineer - FreeWheel

This job architects complex technical product solutions and leads technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients. It requires advanced expertise in developing strategic product integration roadmaps and solution designs. The job encompasses mentoring junior engineers while delivering comprehensive technical sales support for streaming platforms. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.

• Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements
• Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs
• Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations
• Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers
• Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects
• Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms
• Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints
• Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience working with Free Wheel Streaming Hub
• Minimum 5+ years experience with end-to-end programmatic ad serving workflows, with an emphasis on sell side platforms and the latest protocols employed therein.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in technical roles with heavy client facing presence.

New York Pay Range: $ - $
