We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in NY/NJ.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Lead the Technology Service Desk and On-Site Support teams by demonstrating expertise in managing production services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technology issues
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with BNY's strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology support solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in service delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, HDI, or equivalent are preferred.

** Typically 6-8+ years of experience. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, HDI, or equivalent are preferred
- People Leadership requirement:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth and professional development within the service desk and on-site support teams
