We are seeking aSystem Integration Engineer who will supportourNYSclientwith the design of a complex multi-cloud, multi-org Salesforce solution that will balance standardization with agency-specific customization. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Salesforce architecture experience and deepexpertiseacross the Salesforce ecosystem.

A successful candidate will have the strategic vision toarchitectreusable, cross-agency solutions that serve diverse public sector use cases whilemaintainingsecurity and scalability.

• Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency’s needs byleveragingthe Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,Omni Studio, Data Cloud, Mule Soft,Agentforce, Tableau).
• Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models,integration and environment strategy.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforcesolutionand data models for specific needs of agencies.
• Design for multi-agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (Portals and Omni-Channels).
• Ensure Agency use cases (e.child welfare, licensing, investigation) fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.
• Architect data flows and cross agency analytics.

• 7+years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience
• 3+years of experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and Mule Soft.
• 2+ years of experience in designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• 1+yearsof experience in Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
• 1+years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
