Job Summary This role architects advanced, AI-powered technical product solutions and leads deep technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients. It demands expert-level ability to design strategic integration roadmaps and solution architectures that leverage AI to extend and differentiate Free Wheel's platform.

Job Description As a key driver of Free Wheel's Build On strategy, this job spearheads how clients and partners build on our products, shaping extensible, future-proof solutions across streaming platforms. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and delivering comprehensive technical sales support, integrating strong business and functional insight while acting as a key contributor in a complex, mission-critical environment, with opportunities to lead teams and high-impact projects and to share specialized expertise.

Core Responsibilities Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements

Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs

Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations

Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers

Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects

Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms

Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints

Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
