Position OverviewHighly experienced
Senior Dev Ops Leadto drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Dev Ops practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments. This individual will lead Dev Ops transformation initiatives, support engineering teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions, and champion automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and automation with proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and driving large-scale platform initiatives.
Lead and manage Dev Ops engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams. Define and implement enterprise Dev Ops standards, best practices, and governance.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
Architect and automate cloud infrastructure deployments across Azure and AWS environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform, ARM Templates, Cloud Formation, and related technologies.
Lead Kubernetes strategy, deployment, scaling, and operational management for containerized applications.
Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient software delivery.
Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, and platform reliability initiatives.
Establish deployment, release management, rollback, and disaster recovery processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts for production incidents.
Mentor and coach Dev Ops engineers and junior team members.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and resource planning.

Preferred QualificationsAzure Solutions Architect Certification AWS Solutions Architect Certification Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Terraform Certification Experience in enterprise consulting, professional services, or managed services environments.
Experience supporting regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or professional services.
Familiarity with AI-enabled Dev Ops, AIOps, and Platform Engineering practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of hands-on Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
3+ years leading Dev Ops teams or enterprise platform engineering initiatives.
Strong experience with cloud platforms including:
Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Advanced experience with:
Azure Dev Ops Git Hub Actions Jenkins Git Lab CI/CD
Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code:
Terraform Cloud Formation ARM Templates
Strong experience with containerization and orchestration:
Docker Kubernetes (AKS, EKS)
Experience with scripting and automation:
Power Shell Python Bash
Strong knowledge of:
Linux Administration Networking Security Controls Cloud Governance
