Hover is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead multi‑carrier deployments, from sales handoff through adoption and transition to Customer Success. You’ll manage rollouts, run sessions with claims teams, and guide change management as customers shift to remote, scan‑based workflows.
You will work with a small team to build the playbook, templates, and processes used in future rollouts, coordinating with Sales, CS, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
