The opportunity You will leverage your extensive Black Rock Aladdin expertise to design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will configure innovative workflows, manage seamless integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to the Aladdin platform, all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment. Your deep technical knowledge of Aladdin, combined with strategic leadership, will drive multiple high-impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions.

As a platform owner and delivery leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure Aladdin solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s strategic vision. This role blends hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to shape the long-term roadmap within a dynamic and rapidly growing investment organization.

Your key responsibilities Lead activities with Black Rock and Black Rock Client key stakeholders to complete the following:

Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and stabilization

Lead Black Rock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teams

Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance

Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules

Document Black Rock Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogue

Review asset class workflows provided by Black Rock Client to support organization of asset class prioritization plans within the Project Plan Assist Black Rock with creating/maintaining project key issue tracker to log & triage issues, liaising with Aladdin Client Transformation (ACT) teams to coordinate and drive for issue resolution

Assist Black Rock with Governance reports (including status meeting updates, upcoming period deliverables, past due project items, percent task completion, and identifying responsible parties)
Project Closure Report including Black Rock Client sign offs of the deliverables at the end of the project
