AI Strategist - Deployed

Figure out where AI can make a real difference for a customer, then lead the work to make it happen.

You'll embed with operators and executives, understand how the business runs, and turn what you find into a deployment plan. You'll work with customer data, test ideas, partner with engineers on implementation, and own the engagement through rollout and adoption.

Bring the judgment to choose the right problem, the technical background to shape and test a solution, and the presence to earn customer trust.

Mason is accelerating development of the built world with AI. We turn fragmented documents, databases, emails, and operational knowledge into a company brain people and agents can use to automate work and eliminate errors.

We're growing fast - we have an 8-figure pipeline of projects and are looking for great engineers and builders to join our team.

Our founding team includes a repeat founder who sold his last company to Coinbase, a former tech lead at Meta Superintelligence who co-created Meta AI, and a development director who built $2B+ of projects.

• Find the valuable problem. Work with executives and operators to understand the workflow, the data, the exceptions, and what an improvement is worth.

• Shape the solution. Define scope, priorities, and success measures. Work with customer data and APIs, and test solutions with engineers to validate assumptions.

• Lead the engagement. Own the roadmap, customer communication, expectations, and decisions that keep delivery moving.

• Get it into use. Partner closely with engineers through implementation and troubleshooting, then lead rollout, training, and adoption. Measure whether the customer's work actually improves.

• Build what repeats. Turn field lessons into better product decisions, deployment practices, and tools for the next customer.

• 4+ years in forward-deployed delivery, enterprise solutions, technical consulting, or leading enterprise implementations.

• A complex initiative you personally drove to a result with customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Executive presence: you turn difficult requests into workable plans and communicate hard messages without losing trust.

• A technical background and fluency with software systems, APIs, and data. Coding and hands-on software-building experience are strongly preferred, but not required.

• Product judgment, fast learning, and responsibility for the outcome.

You may now be a founder, consultant, product manager, solutions engineer, or deployment lead. Bring a strong record of enterprise delivery and a technical foundation.

Work directly with founders and decision makers at firms managing billions in AUM. You'll help choose what gets built, lead the engagement, and see the result with the customer.
