Job Summary:

This job influences executive-level decisions regarding content strategies and user experience. They establish the overall business strategy for content design, We’re looking for a content design leader who thinks in systems and can shape how customers understand and navigate our products. You’ll lead the strategy for product voice, language, terminology, and information architecture across experiences, creating a coherent system rather than optimizing one screen at a time.

You’ll build the standards, shared lexicon, reusable content patterns, and governance that enable teams to create clear, consistent experiences  a people leader, you’ll grow a high-performing content design team, establish a strong bar for craft, and help content designers focus their work where it can have the greatest customer and business impact.

Develop and articulate clear functional strategy and objectives in alignment with content and design strategy and that enhances user experience within digital products and applications

Negotiate with and influence decision-making reaching the senior executive level

Identify and resolve unique situations of substantial significance in field of content design expertise or knowledge

Allocate resources, responsibly and apply creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations

Provide support, coaching and guidance to others
