Load Test Architect

We are seeking an experienced Performance Load Test Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience
, including 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing
. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience with Neo Load and strong experience supporting enterprise-scale applications, SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, batch processing, and complex integrations.

The candidate will lead performance testing initiatives, develop workload models, identify scalability and performance risks, analyze system bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for application, database, infrastructure, and configuration improvements.

• Develop and implement enterprise performance testing strategies, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define workload models using production metrics, expected growth, transaction volumes, and business requirements.
• Establish performance requirements, service-level objectives, and performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead performance testing activities across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support
  .
• Review application architecture to identify scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure constraints.
• Lead performance testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, batch processing, web, and mobile applications
  .
• Develop and execute enterprise load profiles for high-volume transactions and concurrent users.
• Review performance test plans, scripts, workloads, and execution schedules.
• Establish monitoring strategies across application, database, middleware, SAP, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Analyze response times, throughput, resource utilization, database performance, API latency, middleware queues, and infrastructure metrics.
• Lead root-cause analysis and recommend application tuning, database optimization, and infrastructure improvements.
• Validate system performance and production readiness.
• Lead implementation and administration of Neo Load as the performance testing platform.
• Develop reusable performance testing frameworks and automated regression testing capabilities.
• Create performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level status updates.
• Communicate performance risks, bottlenecks, findings, and mitigation strategies to technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive performance testing documentation, test plans, scripts, analysis reports, and technical standards.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level Neo Load experience.
• Experience architecting performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
  .
• Experience developing production workload models using historical performance data.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, performance engineering, and performance architecture
  .
• Experience with stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing.
• Experience with API and middleware performance testing.
• Experience with batch processing and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance monitoring, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Neo Load Certification – Preferred.
• Azure or AWS Cloud Certification – Preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates local to Pennsylvania or within reasonable commuting distance of Middletown, PA.
