Technical Project Manager

Manage client-facing technical projects for the new branch and coordinate delivery with Brightery engineering teams.

Brightery is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead software, web, mobile and AI-related engagements from approved scope through delivery. You will act as the bridge between local customers and Brightery's central technical team, balancing expectations, delivery quality and project risk.

• Translate approved statements of work into delivery plans, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate developers, designers, quality assurance and relevant solution specialists.
• Facilitate client discovery, status meetings, issue resolution and milestone acceptance.
• Track schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks and change requests.
• Ensure scope changes and commercial implications are documented and approved.
• Maintain project documentation and provide consistent progress reporting.
• Organize testing, training, handover and post-launch follow-up.

• Experience delivering software, web, mobile or AI-enabled projects in a client-facing environment.
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile or hybrid approaches.
• Strong requirements clarification, scheduling, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed development and design teams.
• Experience with project tracking tools, documentation and acceptance processes.
• Clear communication with both technical specialists and nontechnical business stakeholders.
