Intapp is expanding its pre-sales organization with a Client Technology Strategist (CTS). The CTS inspires clients to fully understand the possibilities of Intapp technology through thought leadership, digital transformation workshops, and other consultative engagements, including how AI is changing the way professional and financial services firms operate. Strategic partnerships with C-level technology executives will drive success for clients and Intapp.  With deep industry knowledge, broad technology expertise, and strong business acumen, the CTS connects prospects’ business strategies, priorities, and application landscape to Intapp technologies, including Intapp Celeste, and builds well-grounded, AI-informed value propositions.

Success requires deep collaboration with sales team members, including value engineering, product management, and implementation consultants.  The ideal candidate brings genuine fluency in AI and can lead credible conversations about its business and technical impact at the most senior levels.

* What you will do:

* ** Client advisory and thought leadership:
** Challenge prospects’ assumptions with constructive dialogue about their business and technology, and establish Intapp’s point of view on technology trends, including AI, collaborating with partners to deliver innovative solutions.
* ** Technical subject matter expertise:
** Act as the primary subject matter expert within the sales team for cloud, data integration, and AI, including the data foundations and governance that AI-enabled solutions require.
* ** Demonstrations and presentations:
** Own the creation, maintenance, and departmental use of a connected data demonstration environment showing integrations between Intapp (including Intapp Celeste AI capabilities) and external systems, and deliver presentations to audiences from technical administrators to executive management.
* ** Architecture and planning:
** Advise clients on enterprise and solution architecture across Intapp, existing, and third-party solutions, and work with clients and implementation teams to model realization plans, including AI adoption roadmaps, that meet firm objectives within their constraints.
* ** Voice of the customer and market knowledge:
** Gather industry data on assigned accounts, advocate for customer feedback with product and engineering teams (including AI feature needs), support RFP/RFI responses, and maintain thorough knowledge of Intapp’s products, the competitive landscape, and AI developments that shape product strategy.

* What you will need:

* ** Leadership experience:
** 10+ years of technology leadership in a large financial services firm (investment banking or alternative assets preferred), with the ability to guide leaders through AI strategy, adoption, and risk considerations.
* ** Architecture and implementation:
** 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise cloud software solutions, including AI-enabled solutions, plus strong knowledge of at least one major EA framework (such as TOGAF) and the ability to perform EA analysis and modeling across business, application, data, and technology domains.
* ** AI fluency:
** Genuine fluency in AI, including the ability to explain credibly how tools like Intapp Celeste are reshaping firm operations, and to translate AI concepts into clear business value for both executive and technical audiences.
