The Field Applications Engineerisresponsibleforbeingthetechnicalexpertsinthefieldof  metal detectors.

As an expert the position is expected to carry out technical support activities, train, and support sales.

• Providetechnicaltrainings/re-certificationstointernalemployees,customers,and commercial partners.
• Assists in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technical training programs for internal teams, external partners, and equipment end-users.

• Assistthe Technical Director and Salesteamwithcustomsolutionsfornewpotential  business.
• Assistwiththedevelopmentandmaintenanceofinternaldocumentsand procedures
• Createreportsdocumentingresultsoftrials,customer interactions,andotherrelevant technical matters
• Developrelationshipswithkeyaccountcustomersandobtaincrucialtechnical feedback
• WorkcloselywiththeT&MandSILabstotest,certify,anddevelopstandards,testitems and equipment, and provide product feedback.
• Maintainthoroughknowledgeofallcompany products.
• Completesspecialprojectsas assigned.

Requirements

• One to three yearsoftechnicalexperienceinsecuritydetection,orwith physics and/or electrical/electronic equipment fields.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, twisting, and climbing all day. Specific visionabilitiesarerequiredbythispositionthatincludeclosevision,distance vision,color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Hours:

Employeewillberequiredtoworkweekends,nights,orbeon-callasa regular part of the job.

Driver'slicenseandabilitytomaintainadrivingrecordthatissatisfactorytothe Company's liability insurance carrier is required.

Travelisrequiredupto
