Job Summary The main responsibility of the Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics is to apply sophisticated modeling andother advanced analytic techniques to help guide our clients' media spending plans and make their investments more efficient. Advanced analytic techniques may include, but are not limited to, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and media budget  addition to the technical aspects required, this role involves cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of parties, including clients, internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, external clients, and operational areas within Horizon.

Key Responsibilities
• Statistical Modeling & Insights:
Build statistical models (such as Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution) to provide actionable insights into media planning and buying.
• Process Optimization:
Improve the usage of Horizon's existing data and analytics infrastructure. Utilizeautomation and technology to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborative KPI Development:
Work across media planning and brand strategy teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting methodologies that align with campaign and brand goals.
• Data Visualization:
Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards that deliver complex information in an intelligent and digestible manner.
• Database Querying & Analysis:
Query database tables into formats suitable for analysis and visualization. Analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations withforecasted outcomes and implications.
• Stakeholder Management:
Manage client expectations and present key findings throughoutengagements. Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement strategies to audiencesranging from technical developers to traditional brand managers.

Qualifications
•

Education:

Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.
•

Experience:

1-2 years of industry experience (2-3 years of relevant analytical experience preferred);advanced analytics and media evaluation experience is highly desired.

Skills:

• Strong data manipulation and visualization skills (Excel, SQL required; Tableau/Power BI preferred).
