We're seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on and remote support to employees across corporate offices, retail locations, distribution centers, and remote environments. In this role, you'll be a trusted technology partner, helping resolve hardware, software, and application issues while ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
- Pay Rate Range - $28-30/HR on W2
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues
- Provide timely support to onsite and remote employees
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through every interaction
- Escalate and track complex issues through resolution
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business productivity
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to support end users both onsite and remotely
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to technology support
