The role provides hands-on support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network connectivity across multiple locations.
You will troubleshoot issues, document requests in the ticketing system, deploy and maintain workstations, and help protect PHI and data privacy.
