Overview

MPHASIZE seeks a future dynamic thought leader in marketing analytics and predictive modeling. The Senior Manager will work closely with other Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents on all aspects of analytics work, from data collection and processing, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Expert Consultant, you'll lead all aspects of analytics work, from data gathering, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.

• Build, review, and publish market response models and brand equity modeling studies
• Ensure timely delivery of market response models and brand equity modeling studies
• Partner with other Modeling Managers to supervise and grow Modeling Analysts
• Lead engagements with clients' finance, data science, and other technical stakeholders
• Effectively partner with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team for new product design
• Strategically partner with the Client Insights team to address clients' business and marketing challenges
• Keep up-to-date with new developments in analytic methods in academia and industry
• Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics

Qualifications

• Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learning
• 7+ years of experience in fields related to market response modeling and marketing effectiveness
• 3+ years of experience in project management - the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• A bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in quantitative discipline is a plus
• Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Recognition that value comes from a collective effort
• Highly proficient in statistical computing, like R, Python, and SAS
• Highly proficient in data and spreadsheet tools, like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL
