Associate Data Scientist

This is a hands-on analytics role embedded in one business area, such as growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships. The person owns the analysis from framing the question to pushing a recommendation through with product, growth, finance or operations teams. A strong candidate has at least a year in consulting, banking or a fast-growing tech company, works comfortably in SQL or Python, and can explain findings clearly to skeptical stakeholders.

AI tools can speed up pulling data, drafting queries and building reports, so the value shifts toward choosing the right question and judging whether an answer holds up. Deciding what to measure, designing experiments and winning buy-in from leaders stay human work.
