Yardi Support Analyst

• Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
• Schedule:
  Monday - Thursday in-office, Fridays remote
• Performance bonus opportunity

A growing real estate owner, operator, and investment firm is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to support and enhance its Yardi ecosystem across multiple business units. This role combines application support, system administration, reporting, training, and process improvement initiatives.

• Responsibilities
  Provide Yardi support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while maintaining excellent service levels.
• Configure new properties, entities, and system setups.
• Create custom reports and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Support SQL, SSRS, and Excel-based reporting initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Conduct user training and maintain system documentation.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve platform functionality.
• Assist with Yardi implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts.
• Develop best practices, procedures, and support documentation.
• Requirements5+ years of Yardi experience in a support, analyst, or administrator capacity.
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to create custom reports, queries, and stored procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred Experience
  Experience with in a multifamily or commercial real estate environment.
• Experience with modules such as Rent Café, Rent Maximizer, Procure to Pay, Accounting, Budgeting, Commercial, Residential, and Job Cost.
