What we're looking for1–2 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
Requirements gathering and documentation
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and conversational AI
Ability to research AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and data flows
User stories, acceptance criteria, and process modeling
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira
Strong analytical, research, documentation, and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
