Title Insurance Clearance Officer

Rapidly growing title abstract company in New York & New Jersey. We are currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Title Insurance Officer to join one of New Jersey’s fastest growing title companies and most successful title team!

The Title Insurance Clearance Officer will work with the processing team to produce files from origination through closing. Position is responsible for handling large volumes of files; both residential and commercial transactions. Strong customer service skills are a must as this position is very involved with communication with clients, salespeople, attorney’s and underwriters. A high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Read and clear purchase and refinance transactions; both residential and commercial. Examine abstracts of titles, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to determine title insurance and legal issues in connection with title insurance commitments

Minimum of 3 years experience with title insurance underwriting. Must hold a NJ Title Insurance license. Proficiency in Snapclose and Excel.
