We’re hiring an experienced Professional Liability Territory & Healthcare Lead on the East Coast to help build a profitable, differentiated PL portfolio.

Our mission is simple:

If you’ve been successful in PL underwriting — but feel constrained by the traditional insurance company model — this is your chance to break out of it.

• Own and grow PL business across the East Coast, with a focus on Healthcare, Allied Health, MPL, and Excess
• Act as a territory leader
  , driving submission flow and conversion
• Build and deepen relationships with wholesale trading partners (phone, virtual, and in-person)
• Underwrite with discipline, creativity, and speed
• Help shape appetite, pricing, and portfolio strategy as we scale

Titles are flexible (Senior UW, AVP, etc.) based on experience.

Location is flexible too — we’re fully remote and care far more about impact than ZIP code.

• 5+ years Professional Liability underwriting experience
• E&S PL background required;
  Allied Healthcare expertise strongly preferred
• Established wholesale broker relationships
• Strong grasp of pricing, risk selection, and portfolio management
• Comfort making decisions in a fast-moving environment
• An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build something meaningful
• Willingness to travel for broker meetings and industry events
