We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Underwriter Associate to join our team  this role, you will support the underwriting process by evaluating risks, assisting with policy issuance, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. • Assist underwriters in evaluating and analyzing risks for new and renewal business.
• Prepare and process insurance quotes, binders, and policies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, and internal teams to gather necessary information for underwriting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all underwriting activities.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to support underwriting decisions.

Required:

Bachelor's degree, no experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
