A leading P&C commercial insurance carrier is looking to hire a
** Senior Claims Specialist – General Liability.
** In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for handling mid to complex commercial general liability claims including premise liability, product liability, commercial auto liability and other bodily injury. As a senior you will also be expected to handle complex coverage and litigation matters.
** Key/Skills Experience

Required:

*** 5+ years casualty/ general liability claims experience including higher value cases
* Experience with in premise liability, product liability, slip & falls and other wide ranging BI cases
* Experience with in construction accidents and/or New York Labor Law highly preferred
* Direct experience handling CGL claims above $100,000 in value through to large limits
* Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential (including writing own coverage letters/RORs)
* Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
* Adjuster License in multiple states highly beneficial
** This role is hybrid 3 days per week from NYC or NJ with an excellent base salary up to $156,000 + 15% annual bonus, along with a clear career path for the future. Please not we cannot consider fully remote candidates due to company policy.*
