** Up to $280,000 base + target bonus

A leading national commercial insurance carrier is seeking a seasoned VP, Casualty Claims to provide executive leadership over a large, multi-layered casualty claims organization. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, operational strategy, and talent development across complex casualty lines, including general liability, primary, excess, and umbrella.
** Key Responsibilities & Experience

Required:

*** Executive oversight of senior claims leaders and a 50+ person casualty claims organization
* Leadership of complex casualty lines, including GL, primary, excess, and umbrella claims
* Strong expertise in litigation management, coverage analysis, and severity control
* 10+ years of casualty claims experience required
* 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
* Proven ability to partner with executive leadership, legal, and underwriting teams
* Executive-level role with enterprise-wide influence
