Job TitlePersonal Lines Customer Service Representative (Licensed)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. The ideal candidate will assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and claims, while ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to existing and prospective clients.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with claims reporting.
- Cross-sell or up-sell additional coverages as appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date policy documentation and client files.
- Collaborate with carriers and fellow team members to resolve client needs.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with agency management systems and MS Office.
- A positive, service-driven attitude with attention to detail.
