Entry-Level Claims Adjuster

Provide exceptional customer support and assist clients with their insurance inquiries and claims.

Northeast Adjustment, INC. is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Claims Adjusters. This is a client-facing role where you’ll help policyholders navigate the claims process and secure the compensation they deserve. No prior adjusting experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right candidates who bring eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese (
  required
  )
• Fuzhounese speaking ability is a strong plus
• Assist policyholders with property damage claims from start to finish.
• Learn how to inspect damages and understand insurance policies (training provided).
• Build trust and rapport with clients, guiding them through the claims process.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements.
• Maintain organized records and provide updates to clients throughout their claim.

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people.
• A natural communicator with people skills similar to sales, but driven by genuine care for clients.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior role over time.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a performance-driven environment.
• No prior claims adjusting experience required. We provide full training.
