State Farm Rain Guo Agency is located at Flushing, NY. Rain Guo Agency is looking for insurance agent who is interested in a long term employment and career. This office job is combined with the job duty of Customer Service and Sales role.
We offer high salary base + commission + bonus + full benefits
Responsibilities- Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist client's insurance needs;
- Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and utilize it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationship between customer s and the Agency;
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Bilingual in Chinese ( Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
- Property & Casualty license ( must be able to obtain)
- People-oriented, Positive personality;
- Detail oriented;
- Goal-oriented & self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
- Insurance Sales experience is a plus
- Full salary + commission + bonus + full benefits
