Risk Advisor

• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the relationship.
• Lead client meetings with senior executives to understand their business, identify coverage gaps, and develop customized insurance solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance around insurance and risk management based on each client’s specific needs.
• Help develop best practices and resources that can be used across the team as the organization continues to grow.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of insurance programs.
• Bring client feedback and market insights back to internal teams to help improve processes and solutions.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve efficiency, and expand the value provided to clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on client service, innovation, and accountability.

• Strong commercial insurance and risk management knowledge.
• Experience working directly with senior-level clients and decision-makers.
• Strong ability to analyze complex insurance programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
